I came across Owen Freeman’s work while poking around in Illustration Mundo. Owen Freeman is a an illustrator that currently lives in LA. His work defiantly has a west coast illustrators feel. Many of his images include figures within landscapes with a fore, middle and background. His work also has a lot of movement and momentum. I didn’t include any of those spacious images in this post though. Instead I choose Owen Freeman’s paintings of  Superman and Batman as well a an amazing fight scene of some sort. I love seeing abstracted portraits of the heroes I grew up with.
