About Farmidable
Farmidable started as a patter making collaboration between Zach Fink (retired because of work) and myself. It has since expanded to include an art/design blog featuring posts from myself and occasional guest posters. Posts include reviews, information and interviews of artists and designers. Basically posts are about things I find interesting and would like to share.
About Robert Burch:
I am freelance illustrator and Graphic Designer for Stevens 470. I graduated from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. I love Russian literature, Japanese and Indian art and the Bible. Farmidable started as a collaboration making patterns and posting them for people to download for free. We make things for you to make your computer look great. We spend tons of time making totally unique and non-brand-oriented desktop patterns so you can make your computer look the way you want it to. We are the only site, that we know of anyway, to exclusively make desktop wallpaper patterns and give them away for free. Everything we make repeats. So get rid of that boring desktop you’ve had up forever (you know who you are…), and get yourself something fresh and exciting to look at when you’re not, you know, working… Visit the gallery.
About the Name:
A formidable farm of art and design. I get up at 4:00 am every morning and work until sunset searching for art, design and music that I like. If you see something you think I may want to post please drop me a line.
